1. Processing Time #
Your order will start processing as soon as it is confirmed and payment is received. This typically takes a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the payment method chosen.
2. Completion Time #
If your order requires customization or production, the start time will depend on the complexity of the order. You will be provided with a tracking link when the order is completed to be delivered. Most orders are completed within 24-48 hours. Larger orders may take longer.
3. Udimi’s Time Requierments #
If you received an order from Udimi you have to meet their time constraints. Most orders must have 10% completed within 1 day and be completed 100% within 100 hours. If you are concerned about an order start time or completion time please use our support desk.
